Terms of Service

Prices discussed by phone or shown online are estimates until we confirm them on site. The quote we give on your property before starting work is the binding one. If conditions change mid job, we stop and agree any change with you before continuing.

Booking a time reserves a visit window, which we confirm by text or phone. Please make sure we can access the areas being serviced, including gates and pets secured. If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time, we will work with you to reschedule.

Plans change, and we get it. Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and there is never a charge for rescheduling or cancelling.

We stand behind our work. If something we cleaned or trimmed does not look right, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and make it right at no charge.

Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing.
