Curb Appeal ("we", "us") provides power washing, window cleaning, and tree trimming services to homeowners and small businesses in Austin, Texas and the surrounding area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you book a visit, request a quote, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address or city, and notes about the work you want done. Our website host may also collect standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and perform services, respond to your requests, send appointment related messages, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our scheduling, messaging, and payment tools on our behalf.
Text messages
If you check the SMS consent box on our forms, we may send you appointment and account related text messages, such as booking confirmations and arrival updates. These are not promotional messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP.
We use the email address you provide to reply to your requests and send service related information such as quotes and receipts. If we ever send marketing email, every message will include a working unsubscribe link, and opting out will not affect your service.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, in aggregate: which pages get read, roughly where visitors are, and what device they use. Google may set cookies to do that. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share this data. You can opt out with the Google Analytics browser add on. Our contact form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam; it may set a cookie for that purpose only.
Data retention and security
We keep customer records only as long as needed for scheduling, warranty, tax, and legal purposes, and we take reasonable measures to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to people who need it to serve you.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Call (210) 316-4976 and we will handle it.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes arising from it will be handled in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
